I found a plastic string on appetizer then showing for a waitress. They just picked it out and say something like their mistake on food preparation. I got a bill with full price...and even no excuse on their faulty. For any other restaurants like Pizza4P and Tokyodeli, i got a free of charge for that course. Its not about how much $ can you earn from customers, its all about customer satisfaction.
